POSTAGE AND DELIVERY

Our aim is to always deliver your goods between 2 - 3 working days for our UK customers via Royal Mail recorded signed for delivery.

Once posted a picture will be taken of the tracking number and sent to the customer via text or What's App to enable you to continue to track your item. 

For our overseas customers as the cost of postage differs from the UK we will weigh the item after purchase and inform you of the difference that needs to be paid for the postage and then upon agreement your item will be posted.

Please allow 7 - 14 days via Royal Mail for our International Customers.

YSV7 accept NO responsibility for any loss or damages once the package has been recorded and posted at the Post Office.

In the event of any planned strikes by Royal Mail we will notify you by text and email of the scheduled dates of the strikes and the date when your goods will be dispatched so that arrangements can be made for the package to be signed for.

Your goods will usually be posted on the first available working day after the strike.

In the unlikely event that the item you are purchasing is out of stock we will endeavour to contact you to either offer you an alternative item in another style or colour or if necessary, refund you should the order have already been placed and paid for.
